    HullKote Application Intervals

    Application directions for HullKote recommends two applications. What would be the interval between these initial applications - apply second coat immediately or wait for a minimum time interval? My plan is to use it on a radio controlled model sailboat.

    Thanks for the great question.

    We like to apply the second coat immediately following the first coat. This simply ensures that all pinholes have been properly sealed, and it provides a longer lasting finish.
